Your data
We collect the minimum needed to answer your request. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for anything else.
Who is responsible
MS VIVA SRL, Bergensesteenweg 83b, 1651 Lot, CBE 1005.992.245. For any question: contact@msviva.be.
What we receive when you send a request
Your first name, your phone number or email, your town, your message and, if you use the simulator, the address entered, the area drawn, the surface areas and the price range shown. We also receive the page you came from and, if you arrive through a campaign, its name (‘utm’ parameters). Your IP address is stored in an encrypted form that cannot be traced back to it, to block abusive submissions.
Why
To get back to you, arrange the visit and prepare a quote, in other words steps you ask for before any contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long
Two years after our last exchange if no job follows. If a job is carried out, billing data is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Who has access
Max and the MS VIVA team. Our technical providers process the data on our behalf: Cloudflare (site hosting, request database and email forwarding) and Google (MS VIVA’s mailbox). These providers may process data outside the European Union, under safeguards recognised by the European Commission.
The simulator and the map
When you search for an address or display the aerial view, your browser queries the Regions’ public mapping services and an address search service directly. They see your IP address, as with any web page. The address and the drawing only reach us if you send your request.
Cookies and measurement
The site sets no advertising or measurement cookies without your consent. If you accept, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) measure visits and how well our ads work; when you send a request, we may then pass them your email or phone number in encrypted form to find out which ad brought you to us. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time through the ‘Cookies’ link at the bottom of the page. Campaign parameters are kept for the duration of the visit.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent by writing to contact@msviva.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.
